Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee consult coordinators
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and employees
  • Gather patient information and set up calls
  • provide superior high volume patient customer service in a fast paced environment

Qualifications: 

  • Must have past supervisory and call center experience
  • Must have experience handling high volume phone calls
  • Strong customer service experience, fast paced
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
