Desktop Support Technician-Tier 2

  • Technical Support, Help Desk Phone Support and Desktop support of hardware, software, network and application issues in a Windows environment
  • Can work on support projects in between day to day Desktop Support including upgrades of hardware or software
  • Troubleshoot, upgrade, install and support hardware and software at the desktop level
  • Support applications including MS Office, Adobe, Anti-Virus and/or other applications
  • Provide support using Active Directory which may include creating, deleting accounts and password resets
  • Provide email / Outlook support
  • Supports mobile devices and remote access as needed



  • 2-5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk Phone Support, Desktop Support including Hardware, Software, Application and Network Connectivity
  • Experience with Windows XP, 7 and/or 8, 10
  • Active Directory
  • Email Support
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Mobile and remote access support
  • Experience with operational break/fix support
  • Experience with Software Installations
