Accounts Payable Analyst – Hybrid (Temp-to-Perm)

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00


About the Opportunity:

Addison Group is hiring for an Accounts Payable Analyst on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the commercial services industry. This is a hybrid role with two days a week remote. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track accuracy of priority invoices (utilities, rent, benefits)
  • Recommend invoice priorities weekly to the AP Manager to ensure timely payments
  • Collaborate with General Accounting and Finance teams for accurate expense allocations
  • Maintain online portal access for vendor accounts
  • Assist with training AP team members as needed
  • Reconcile priority vendor accounts regularly
  • Record corrective entries for payables accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with audit, fraud prevention, and tax reporting policies
  • Support month-end closing processes
  • Foster strong communication within AP and other departments

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, large dataset handling)
  • Experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics GP (required)
  • Vendor management and 1099 processing expertise
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
