Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager for our client to lead a Quality Assurance team within their Operations function. In this role, you will oversee a group responsible for reviewing and monitoring processes that help borrowers resolve past-due accounts and maintain homeownership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 12+ employees, including supervisors and frontline staff
  • Set and communicate clear performance expectations and accountability measures
  • Evaluate operational workflows, identify risks, and recommend process enhancements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on loss mitigation strategies and outcomes
  • Monitor controls and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory and investor guidelines
  • Oversee key initiatives and special projects related to quality and compliance
  • Ensure internal audit and compliance findings are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Analyze and report on operational trends and potential risk areas
  • Conduct periodic reviews of high-risk processes to assess effectiveness of controls
  • Support leadership with additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience leading management-level professionals who oversee frontline teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to assess operations and implement process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading meetings and presentations
