Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization in Austin, TX, to find a bilingual HR Generalist who is passionate about supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture. Job Description:
The HR Generalist will provide support across a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, training, HR compliance, leave management, and data administration. This individual will serve as a resource to both employees and leadership, and will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience through policy support and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to promote engagement and resolve workplace issues
- Support compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
- Coordinate internal processes such as investigations, employee transfers, and exit procedures
- Assist with planning and delivering employee trainings in collaboration with HR leadership
- Manage and track leave of absence requests, including FMLA and company-specific leave programs
- Help maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information within HR systems
- Support company-wide employee events and recognition initiatives
- Contribute to HR projects and participate in cross-functional planning efforts
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) – Required
- Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience in a generalist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Highly organized and capable of working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
