Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond to plan participant inquiries via phone, fax and email or in-person regarding enrollment, distributions, loans, website access and other plan information.
  • Respond to plan sponsor inquiries via phone, fax and email.
  • Respond to requests for missing information on plan participant data.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with plan sponsors.
  • Process plan participant distribution requests timely and accurately.
  • Attend and assist with company-wide client functions as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Call center experience
  • Knowledge of 401k plans
