About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client. This role provides essential support to customers and internal teams in a fast-paced showroom environment, helping ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will assist customers both in person and over the phone, support sales staff with administrative tasks, and help maintain organized operations throughout the showroom. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Support inside sales representatives with order preparation and related tasks.
- Cross-train on multiple roles to provide backup coverage as needed.
- Accurately input and track customer orders in the system.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales support preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Dependable and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
