Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to support a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate production records, updating reports, and ensuring timely distribution of information to operations teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting and is comfortable working closely with production personnel.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain large volumes of production data with a high level of accuracy
  • Update existing spreadsheets and generate routine reports for production teams
  • Print and distribute daily reports to supervisors and line staff
  • Collaborate with production leadership to prioritize daily tasks and reporting needs
  • Monitor data for discrepancies and ensure information is current and reliable
  • Support administrative functions tied to production tracking and documentation



Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience handling high-volume data entry tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to efficiently update and manage existing spreadsheets
