Addison Group has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant in Irving, TX.
Job Duties:
- 75% Client interaction: Onboarding new clients, opening up a new accounts, filing immediately and being current, electronic invoicing (completing all forms and getting it correct the first time), gathering social security information, being familiar with CRM systems
- 25% Executive Assistant/Office Manager: Supporting the owner in managing his calendar, contacting vendor list for ordering office supplies, any additional support needed for the office
Must have:
1. 4+ years of experience with client interaction in an administrative or assistance role within banking, lending, client side of mortgage operations
2. MS Word, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, e-filing type systems, as well as advanced Excel
3. 10+ years of working experience
