Our client is part of one of the largest and fastest-growing orthopedic practices in the U.S., with more than 800 locations nationally. Their Marlton office is rapidly expanding and is focused on delivering a patient-first experience at every level of care.
Job Description:
The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-desk experience. This role supports both administrative and patient-facing functions to help streamline clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations
- Conduct benefit verification and provide financial counseling to patients
- Collect patient payments (as needed)
- Maintain accurate patient records in NextGen (experience a plus, not required)
Qualifications:
- Reception or front-desk experience a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage patients positively
