They are looking for a collaborative professional who can connect multiple business functions, improve planning processes, and help drive strategic execution across the organization.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Planning & Execution Manager to oversee promotional planning and commercial execution efforts. This role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and other business teams, ensuring initiatives are properly prioritized, coordinated, and executed. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and enjoys solving business challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage promotional planning timelines and oversee the intake and prioritization of business requests.
- Evaluate proposed initiatives by assessing business value, identifying potential risks, and recommending the best course of action.
- Coordinate pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and commercial initiatives from planning through execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and improve scalable planning processes that increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Balance multiple priorities while keeping projects on track and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial planning, business operations, category management, product marketing, merchandising, pricing, or a related business function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating with business stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Additional Details:
- Experience within automotive, retail, consumer products, or other multi-location organizations is preferred.
- Familiarity with pricing strategy, merchandising, promotional planning, or commercial operations is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferred but not required.
