Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to help strengthen internal systems, enhance workflows, and guide cross-functional teams for our client. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operations run smoothly, technology and processes are aligned, and staff are equipped with the right tools and training to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, refine, and maintain operational workflows across multiple departments
- Support the implementation and adoption of new software tools and system improvements
- Identify operational gaps and lead initiatives that improve efficiency and consistency
- Ensure procedures are executed uniformly across teams and locations
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and training materials
- Develop onboarding and cross-training programs that support ongoing skill development
- Communicate process updates and ensure staff understand expectations
- Collaborate with department leads to strengthen communication, accountability, and team engagement
- Support a culture centered around transparency, teamwork, and operational excellence
- Assist with cross-department problem-solving across operations, billing, service, and sales
- Establish and track key operational metrics and performance indicators
- Ensure data accuracy for reporting and decision-making
- Provide insights and recommendations that drive proactive operational improvements
- Lead operational projects that support company growth and readiness
- Recommend enhancements that increase scalability, productivity, and quality
- Assist with additional initiatives and business needs as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, systems management, or supervisory roles
- Experience improving workflows and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and common business platforms; CRM tools and Power BI preferred
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable with structured problem-solving
- Leadership style rooted in accountability, support, and mission alignment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
