Job Description

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Property Management Administrative Coordinator. This role supports daily operations within a commercial property environment by providing administrative assistance, coordinating tenant-related requests, and helping ensure efficient front desk and office functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and responsive support to tenants, vendors, and visitors while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Assist with accounts receivable activities, including posting payments and processing account credits accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate and enter tenant maintenance or service requests into the designated tracking platform.
  • Maintain and update vendor and tenant insurance documentation within the company’s compliance tracking system.
  • Schedule and oversee conference room bookings and related logistics.
  • Partner with onsite security personnel and vendors to support smooth day-to-day building operations.
  • Provide administrative support for property management operations and front desk responsibilities.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial property management
  • Strong administrative and customer service background.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic accounts receivable knowledge or the ability to quickly learn financial processing tasks.
