Job Description
Addison Group is hiring a Recruiter for our client. We are seeking a recruiting professional with full-cycle recruiting experience who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, identifying top talent, and managing the hiring process from requisition to offer. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and is passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience recruiting for hourly or non-exempt positions preferred.
- Proven ability to build productive partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and hiring processes.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
