Pay Range: $60,000 – $80,000 base + commission (estimated total compensation $100,000 – $120,000, uncapped)
Position Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for the organization’s products and services. This individual will take a proactive, consultative approach to sales—focusing on creating relationships and delivering solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. The ideal candidate will be a true hunter who thrives in a B2B environment, particularly with technical or professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social selling.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and client onboarding.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technical, or professional services.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general business software tools.
- Ability to understand complex client challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office setting in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers will be used regularly. Confidentiality and professionalism are required at all times.
