Job Responsibilities:
· Support month-end processes ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
· Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
· Gather and post payroll entries.
· Support annual audit activities.
· Maintain up to date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.
· Ad-hoc reporting and accounting support as required.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree required.
· Strong knowledge of GL functions and month-end processes required.
· 3+ years of accounting experience; exposure to non-profit industry a plus.
· Proficient with ERP systems and strong Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
· Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
