Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a large-scale enterprise IT initiative involving migration from a legacy data warehouse to a modern cloud-based platform
• Own full project delivery across the SDLC from initiation through implementation and closeout
• Partner closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and business units to drive project success
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Lead vendor coordination and cross-functional delivery teams
• Utilize project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
• Develop project plans, cost analysis, status reporting, and executive-level updates
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices
• Act as a hands-on, senior-level project leader rather than a purely administrative PM
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Senior-level IT Project Management experience leading enterprise software development and implementation projects
• Proven experience managing data warehouse or large-scale data-focused initiatives
• Strong understanding of full SDLC and IT delivery methodologies
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Experience working with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility project environment
