Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead major technology initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects within the 2026 portfolio—including hardware refreshes, pilot programs, Microsoft Exchange and Teams modernization, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) improvements, and enhanced endpoint device management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, improve end-user experience, and ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle management for multiple concurrent IT initiatives, from planning and requirements gathering through delivery and post-implementation review.
- Manage projects related to hardware refresh programs, Microsoft Exchange and Teams modernization, VDI optimization, and endpoint device management enhancements.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Networking, and Business Operations.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, status reports, and communication updates for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Utilize SAP, ServiceNow, and Jira to manage project work, track progress, monitor risks, and document changes.
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking for assigned projects.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives for end-user experience improvements.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively escalate issues when needed.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience managing projects using SAP, ServiceNow, and Jira.
- Strong background in financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-department initiatives with cross-functional alignment.
- Experience managing projects related to infrastructure, hardware refreshes, collaboration tools (Exchange/Teams), VDI, or endpoint management is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, executive reporting, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications preferred but not required.
