We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, Growth IT, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspect of our solutions architecture, providing guidance and support to the sales and customer success teams, and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our products and services. Your expertise in designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Solution Design: Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and product managers to understand customer requirements and design innovative and scalable solutions that meet their needs.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer success, throughout the sales and implementation processes.
3. Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Growth team to identify customer pain points, create compelling technical proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and address technical questions and objections during the sales cycle.
4. Solution Development: Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and custom demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and value of our solutions, ensuring they align with customer requirements.
5. Solution Implementation: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure successful integration and deployment of our solutions within customer environments, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth project delivery.
6. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and be a trusted advisor to customers.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical teams, executives, and decision-makers, to understand their strategic objectives and provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
8. Training and Documentation: Develop technical documentation, training materials, and best practices guides to support internal teams and customers in the effective use and adoption of our solutions.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of the solutions engineering function.
10. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship within the solutions engineering team and across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar role..
• Strong background in software development, with a strong working knowledge of systems integration and data architectural design.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex solutions that involve multiple technology stacks and integration points.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities, with the ability to quickly understand and address customer challenges.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and success.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
