Job Responsibilities:
- Project setup and review in NetSuite
- Preparing invoices for submittal to customer portals
- Collections and Cash Applications
- Research Billing and Project related questions
- Monitor customer aging reports
- Reconcile AR sub-ledger to GL during month-end close
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
- Advanced Excel skills to include P-Tables and V-lookups
- Proactive, detail oriented and able to communicate with all levels of the organization
- NetSuite ERP highly preferred
