Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our fast-paced, high-volume accounting team. This role will support daily accounting operations, assist with month-end close, and contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare financial reports and support internal reporting requirements
- Ensure proper coding of expenses and adherence to accounting policies
- Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
- Support audits and tax filings by preparing schedules and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting experience in a similar role
- Finance or Accounting degree required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and the full accounting cycle
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
