Pay: $65 - $70 / per hour W2

The Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring that IT and operations:
- Provide value-add as organizational strategic assets.
- Deliver technology and operational excellence with high impact, efficacy, and efficiency.
- Reporting to the CFO, the Systems Analyst must bring a solutions-oriented mindset and thrive as a “utility player” who can juggle dynamic deadlines and needs.
Responsibilities
IT (50%)
- Information technology operations (excluding custom software development) to optimize IT development and delivery, including:
- Centralized cloud services
- Applications portfolio
- Unified communications
- Network services
- Servers and storage platforms
- Security and data governance/privacy
- Data architecture
- Service monitoring
- Helpdesk support
- Span development, implementation, and support through strong project management leadership.
- Maintain and ensure consistent implementation of cybersecurity and data privacy policies across the organization, including but not limited to:
- Written Information Security Program (WISP)
- Unified Data Privacy Policy
- Partner Data Sharing Agreements
- Serve as a strategic and value-added business partner with the team, IT partners, and vendors to manage both forward-looking opportunities and a prioritized backlog of technology-supported initiatives that optimize value creation.
- Ensure technical services and support meet growing needs, including management of a managed services provider, to deliver high-quality service levels within a high-performance, continuous-improvement culture.
Operations (50%)
- Advance business process improvements and team performance enhancements by identifying, developing, strengthening, improving, and automating centralized, strategy-aligned operations processes and workflows.
- Support cross-team engagement and performance enhancements through operational analysis and design.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote team-building and integrated team approaches to drive effective and timely operational decision-making.
- Promote business improvement processes that organize resources, workflows, and procedures to deliver:
- Scalable, high-impact, quality outcomes
- Appropriate internal controls
- Effectiveness and efficiency
- Solutions for evolving organizational needs
- Manage the IT and Operations Coordinator to ensure support for:
- Office management
- Shared office equipment
- Storage
- Facilities support for in-person staff gatherings
- Physical mail and correspondence management
- Other centralized administrative functions
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
At least 7 years of demonstrated success in:
- Proactive problem-solving, business process improvement, team building, and IT/operations leadership (including capacity-building experience, ideally within a nonprofit environment).
- Strategic thinking, critical analysis, and translating ideas into action.
- Project management, including supervisory experience and/or leading through influence.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience with both localized and cloud-based business software applications.
Preferred Experience
- Managing IT helpdesk support and operations in an outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Developing and implementing IT and operations policies, procedures, and systems.
- Developing and managing IT and operations budgets.
- Managing software licenses and administrative user credentials.
- Identifying key metrics and tracking success.
