About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the manufacturing industry to identify a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a full-cycle recruiting role. This position supports high-volume hiring needs and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to attract and onboard top talent.
Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for retail and corporate positions, supporting intern recruitment initiatives, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. This role requires strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills to effectively partner with hiring leaders and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple departments, including intake, sourcing, screening, and offer stages
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal teams
- Support large-scale internship and seasonal recruitment programs
- Develop and implement diversity-focused hiring strategies to ensure inclusive candidate pipelines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR coordination
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience within retail or corporate settings is preferred
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts between 7AM–5PM)
- Work Setting: 100% in-office
- Parking: Free on-site parking
- Contract Duration: December 2025 – May 2026 (potential for extension)
