Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned UX Lead to oversee customer and user research initiatives that influence business strategy and experience improvements. This position will collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead complex research programs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the planning and execution of user and customer research initiatives across a variety of business priorities.
- Manage research projects from discovery and methodology selection through analysis, reporting, and presentation of findings.
- Conduct interviews, focus groups, usability studies, surveys, and feedback sessions to uncover meaningful insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, analytics, technology, and customer experience groups.
- Develop research roadmaps aligned with stakeholder objectives and organizational goals.
- Present data-backed recommendations to leadership teams and influence strategic business decisions.
- Transform complex data into clear, compelling stories that support innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in UX Research, CX Research, Human-Centered Design, Market Research, or a related field.
- Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or similar research and survey platforms.
- Proven success leading end-to-end research programs in complex business environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to convert research insights into practical business recommendations and measurable results.
- Experience influencing product, service, or customer experience strategies through data-driven findings.
