Key Responsibilities:
• Contact new users via phone or email to introduce the Webex Calling service
• Guide users through downloading, installing, and configuring the Webex Calling softphone client
• Provide step-by-step support to ensure successful login and connection
• Serve as the first-level point of contact for Webex-related questions and support
• Verify successful functionality of the application for each user
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team
• Document user interactions and report recurring challenges or trends
• Deliver professional customer service to ensure a smooth onboarding experience across the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic technical troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with Webex Calling or similar VoIP/softphone platforms
• Attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes
• Patience and a positive, helpful attitude when assisting users
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday during standard business hours
