We're seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for a short-term contract with our client in Healthcare/Assisted Living. This contract is starting June 4th and ending July 23rd. This role involves communication between residents, maintenance staff, and stakeholders, managing repair requests, documenting activities, and maintaining billing records. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure prompt issue resolution and accurate documentation. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Pay rate is $20.50/hr, and the dress code is business casual.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary liaison for resident maintenance needs and concerns.
  • Log, prioritize, and ensure timely resolution of repair requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests, work orders, and billing.
  • Collaborate with staff and vendors to schedule and oversee repairs.
  • Assist in billing processes, ensuring accuracy and protocol adherence.



Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of facility coordination
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in basic spreadsheets and data entry

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and circumstances.
