Office Schedule: 5 days per week onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
I. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and review delinquency reports across multiple properties/accounts
- Track outstanding payments and follow up as needed
- Issue refunds and process receipts
- Respond to accounting-related inquiries via email
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections activities
- Provide backup support for other accounting functions as needed
II. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Recent graduates with an accounting background and relevant skills may also be considered
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers, residents, or tenants regarding account matters
III. Technical Skills
- Experience with property management or accounting software preferred
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
IV. Preferred Qualifications
- Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or collections experience
- Exposure to property accounting
- Experience working with delinquent accounts
