Job Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry, payment processing, and collections follow-up
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and vendor/customer accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and account balances
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
- Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
Requirements:
- 3 + years' of experience working in Accounting
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, etc.) and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
