Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Process high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Execute payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions
- Assist with AP aging reports and ensure timely payments
Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Apply cash receipts (checks, ACH, wires) to customer accounts
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and short payments
- Maintain accurate customer account records
Requirements:
- 3 + years' of experience working in Accounting
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, etc.) and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
