Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Preferred):
- Proficiency in Workday and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, staff, and management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Experience in a supervisory role with a proven track record of managing a team.
- Experience with Workday Financial Management.
- Knowledge of internal controls and accounting policies.
- Ability to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
