Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily cash posting
- Utilize the company’s portals to collect on delinquent accounts
- Assist with accounts payable by verifying and coding invoices
- Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts
- Research and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
· Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
· Comfortable in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Preferred:
· Experience with Sage Intacct
Compliance:
· Background check and drug screen
