Job Responsibilities:
- Manage progress billing
- Create invoices according to company practices
- Appropriately bill projects on a weekly and monthly status
- Enter and process credit card payments
- Review collection spreadsheets
- Responsible for unconditional waivers, stock requisition rickets, and bonds
- Reconcile change order funding to the accounting system
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience within construction industry and AIA billing
· Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
