Job Description
Addison Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client within the property management industry. This role provides day-to-day administrative and office support for a corporate property management team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in property management, is comfortable working with Yardi, and can assist with reporting and data tasks using Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office communications
- Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support as needed
- Enter data accurately and maintain organized electronic and paper files
- Scan, copy, and distribute documents
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Create and update basic reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets
- Order office supplies and track inventory levels
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Place lunch orders and assist with office coordination
- Follow up with vendors and individual properties to ensure timely responses
- Provide general administrative assistance to team members as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the property management industry
- Hands-on experience using Yardi software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Prior administrative or office support experience in a corporate environment
- Strong phone etiquette and written communication skills
- Comfortable with data entry, document management, and general office tasks
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
