Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Lead Job in OKC, OK:
- Trains new AP Specialists on standard procedures
- Resolves aging purchase orders
- Receive and enter invoices into database
- 3-Way Matching
- Purchase Order Reconciliation
- Research and resolve inquiries for payment status
- Process vendor reconciliations
- Provide requested documentation for tax audits
- Assists AP Manager with projects as needed
Qualifications of Accounts Payable Lead Job in OKC, OK:
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Experience working within a large ERP system and Microsoft Excel
