Pay Range: up to $31/hr
Our Seattle-based client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This candidate must have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience and excellent customer service skills. The Accounts Payable role consists of invoice processing, check runs and expense reports. Implementation experience with SAP Concur is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the CFO, Controller and Accounting Managers needed with daily tasks
- Assist with the processing and posting of daily Accounts Payable
- Company credit card statements, expense reports and misc. check requests
- Assist with weekly check runs
- Manage and maintain the Accounts Payable/Expense Reports/Credit Card filing
- Interact and respond to Vendor Requests
- Reconcile credit card statements
