Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Bilingual Recruiter who will play a critical role in shaping the company’s workforce. This individual will manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, collaborate closely with leadership, and contribute to scalable hiring processes. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of recruiting initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding, including new-hire check-ins.
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and priorities.
- Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates using multiple platforms and recruiting strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding efforts and early-stage employee engagement in partnership with hiring managers.
- Assist with initiatives that promote employee engagement and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support company-wide people initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements and bring a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Culture-focused recruiting approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Paycor/similar HRIS platforms and background supporting recruiting efforts are highly preferred.
