Job Description
Our client is seeking a Concierge professional to deliver exceptional customer service and reservation support to a VIP client base. This role requires a hospitality-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage transportation arrangements while ensuring every client interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries received via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Coordinate transportation bookings and service requests while ensuring all details are accurate and customized to client preferences
- Deliver a high-end customer experience for executives, frequent travelers, and other premium clientele
- Identify client needs and recommend transportation options that align with their requirements
- Manage schedule changes, special accommodations, and service requests with efficiency and professionalism
- Develop strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional follow-through
- Partner closely with operations teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time
- Maintain detailed records of reservations, client preferences, and communications within internal systems
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive client experience
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Contribute to a collaborative, service-focused team environment committed to exceeding client expectations
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, travel, aviation, reservations, or another client-facing environment
- Experience working with VIP clients or providing high-touch customer service is highly preferred
Technical Skills:
- Comfortable working with reservation systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
Soft Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to service excellence
Education:
- High school diploma required; additional hospitality, business, or customer service training is a plus
