This is a new position to the organization with significant leadership exposure and the opportunity to lead directly and indirectly many valuable EHS team members from across the company.

·   Program Development: Evaluate, redesign and implement continuous improvement to our EHS programs, including environmental impact assessments, safety training, emergency response planning.

·   Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish safety metrics and a dashboard to assess performance and report regularly to Senior Leadership.

·   FM Global Ownership: Responsible for the tracking, training and improvements needed to achieve and maintain a top quartile rating with FM Global.

·   Workers Compensation: Effectively manage workers' compensation programs, ensuring timely and fair resolution of claims, compliance with relevant regulations, and the implementation of preventative measures to enhance employee safety and well-being.

Who You Are

·   Strategic Thinker: Relies on analytical and problem-solving skills to think strategically and execute tactically

·   Trusted Partner: Creates value-add relationships with stakeholders as well as a culture of accountability among colleagues

·   Continuous Improver: Finds ways to continuously improve processes, methods and team performance

·   Leader Amongst Peers: Effectively works with leaders across all areas of MFT globally to provide support and resources to solve EHS challenges
