Our client, a fast-growing Financial Service Institute, is seeking an entry level/ recent graduate with a Business-related degree and excellent customer services skill to join their team. Job Overview:
Essentially this role will be managing a small portfolio within the company. This position collaborates with other teams within the organization, giving this individual exposure to different aspects of the company.
Requirements
- 4 years degree, ideally business related
- Excellent communication/ customer service skills
- “Go-getter” attitude with the willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Recording new loans and customers in the Company's loan servicing system (WSO)
- Processing originations, participations/syndications for member loans and acting as agent for re-syndicated loans
- Processing the receipt and distribution of loan principal and interest payments, unused line fees, and L/C fees in WSO
- Generating and sending loan transaction notices to customers
- Ensuring that the Company's back-up servicer receives monthly loan portfolio updates
- Respond to servicing related question from customers.
