About The Company:

Our client is a growing organization seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to executive leadership. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating complex schedules, managing priorities, and contributing to the success of a collaborative leadership team.


Job Description:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership while helping maintain efficient office operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, and special projects from planning through completion.
  • Track project timelines, monitor action items, and collaborate with multiple departments to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee front office operations and provide direction to administrative support staff.
  • Establish and maintain organized filing systems, records, and administrative procedures.
  • Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Anticipate leadership needs, resolve administrative challenges, and provide proactive support to improve efficiency.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Additional Details:

  • Experience coordinating executive travel, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and internal teams.
