Compensation: $70000 – $85000 / Year

Position Overview
A fast-growing, real estate organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a multi-state, field-based workforce. This role will act as the primary HR consultant for site leaders and employees, providing hands-on guidance in employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce engagement across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to site and regional leaders across multiple locations
- Travel bi-weekly or monthly to properties to support leaders and employees onsite
- Resolve complex employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Coach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, HIPAA, Wage & Hour, FCRA, etc.)
- Support leave of absence, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
- Assist with onboarding, terminations, and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with leadership on policy guidance, training, and workforce planning
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive proactive solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
- Prior experience supporting multi-site or field-based operations
- Background in real estate, multifamily housing, property management, or a similar industry strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and workplace investigations
- Comfortable with frequent travel by car and plane
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
