Job Description
We are seeking an experienced .NET Full-Stack Developer to join a small, highly collaborative development team. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications using Microsoft's latest technologies and front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise-level web applications using modern .NET technologies and front-end frameworks.
- Partner with stakeholders and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain APIs, server-side applications, and responsive user interfaces.
- Create and optimize database objects, queries, and stored procedures for high-performance applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices around software design and architecture.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and development tools to streamline deployments and improve software quality.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver enhancements and new features.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of full-stack development experience using C# and .NET technologies.
- Strong experience with .NET Core and modern versions of .NET.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and other front-end technologies.
- Experience developing APIs, MVC applications, and server-rendered web applications.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, and data access techniques.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS frameworks.
- Experience using Git for source control and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the U.S.
Preferred:
- Exposure to React or Blazor.
- Experience working with Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with third-party UI and component libraries.
