Schedule: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $25 - $30 / hour depending on experience

We are working with a growing company that is looking to add a Production Supervisor to their team on a direct hire basis. This person will play a key role in overseeing second shift production operations, leading employees, driving accountability, and helping improve overall production efficiency.
What They Are Looking For:
- Strong background in manufacturing or production environments
- Assembly line experience
- Understanding of production flow, throughput, yield, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and make objective operational decisions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, and productivity
- Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Someone who understands the importance of keeping production running with minimal downtime
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support second shift production employees
- Monitor daily production output, efficiency, and quality metrics
- Ensure production schedules and operational goals are met
- Address production issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Coach, train, and develop employees while maintaining accountability standards
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and overall production performance
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to work onsite second shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Must live within commuting distance (approximately 45–60 minutes) of Oklahoma City
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
