Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts during a high-growth period. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to fill a variety of roles across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting within accounting or financial services and thrives in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial intake through offer stage
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, and internal tools
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and overall fit
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide updates on progress
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within recruiting systems
- Support offer preparation and assist with onboarding coordination as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Greenhouse experience
- Prior experience recruiting within accounting, tax, or financial services environments required
- Strong ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for sourcing candidates
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Additional Details:
- This is a contract opportunity expected to last approximately 4–6 months
- Target start date is ASAP
- Position supports hiring for roles across multiple U.S. locations
