Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the full life cycle of the recruiting process for to support the Global Talent Acquisition function.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to learn critical aspects of open position, indicators or success, and ideal candidate profile.
- Develop recruitment strategies from workforce planning initiatives.
- Manage requisitions accordingly to the Applicant Tracking System and subsequent job board sites.
- Perform sourcing for qualified candidates to fill requisitions and build a pipeline of candidates.
- Recruit, contact, screen, and interview candidates.
- Plan, coordinate and attend recruitment fairs as needed.
- Participate in industry associations and symposiums to further build relationships with potential talent.
- Develop and lead university recruitment efforts by partnering with colleges and universities to cultivate talent at early stages.
- Develop and lead military recruitment efforts by partnering with local and regional military bases and outplacement services.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws and regulations.
- Take on additional projects and tasks as requested.
- Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others; report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately.
Education, Experience & Ability Requirements
Any combination of requirements, which provide knowledge and abilities necessary to perform essential duties and responsibilities, will be considered.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work;
- 2 - 5 years of related experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a Warehouse Distribution, Oil / Gas, Industrial organization.
- Ability to be flexible, motivated, resourceful, independent, reliable and organized in a multi task environment.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support.
- Ability to partner, influence and work effectively with management and to positively interact with employees and coworkers.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, to include holidays and weekends.
- Ability to travel as needed for recruitment or other HR events.
