Location: Tulsa Metropolitan Area

Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. This role oversees sales strategy execution, pipeline management, and team performance while fostering strong client relationships and a results-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and professional growth
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and expectations for the team
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Motivate the team through coaching, incentives, and recognition
- Oversee sales pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
- Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Support the team in closing high-value or complex deals
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to align sales initiatives
- Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive insights, and product opportunities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry related sales experience in a heavy-duty industry or manufacturing environment. Other combinations of formal training, education and/or experience may be considered.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods preferred.
- Estimating experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
