Pay: $31.00 – $32.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Must be available to work one of the following Eastern Time schedules: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be available with prior manager approval.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Trilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global recruiting efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. This role is ideal for someone with strong sourcing expertise, international recruiting experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. The selected candidate will partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the early stages of the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate scheduling details with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support candidate communications throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Assist with recruitment events, assessments, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor recruiting activity and help improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Promote a positive candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruitment support.
- Required international recruiting experience.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Experience recruiting in high-volume environments.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, resume mining, and passive candidate engagement.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and Workday preferred.
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
