Stable and global manufacturing company is hiring an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. Minimum four years of full cycle CS/Account Management experience with knowledge of supply chain, international customers and excellent communication/follow-up. ERP and CRM experience is required. This exciting role joins a tenured team with plenty of training and work/life balance. Hybrid work schedule and excellent benefits after 60 days. Naperville location, pays up to $75K based on experience.
Job Duties:
- Communicate with customers, throughout order lifecycle, using independent judgment and discretion to resolve conflicts and solve issues as they arise
- Be in charge of efficient execution of the order management process including timely and accurate order entry, analysis of orders and communication of any capacity constraints
- Coordinate and communicate with both the customer and internal partners on delivery timing as a function of the logistics chain
- Ensure efficient work flow within the supply chain with a focus on continuous process improvement and positive collaboration, communicate with sales managers relative to service issues
- Process complaints and claims effectively
Job Requirements:
- 5 years Account Management. Customer Service experience in a product based/manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail, communication and follow-up
- Working knowledge of supply chain and B2B order fulfillment cycle
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM system
