Responsibilities:
- Classify and scan invoices into the accounting system.
- Match invoices to tags and purchase orders.
- Validate invoice details (material, quantity, pricing) against tags/purchase orders.
- Ensure proper coding and cost allocation for invoices.
- Enter and code invoices for month-end closing.
- Approve, process, and handle payments for invoices.
- Handle invoices with discounts and ensure timely processing.
- Research invoices that lack tags or purchase order verification.
- Obtain Project Management approval for invoices when required.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
