Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Benefits Analyst to support benefits administration and operations during a short-term engagement. This role will focus on invoice processing, benefits coordination, and maintaining accurate records across multiple benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and track benefits-related invoices through the Coupa system to ensure timely payment
- Coordinate benefit changes and discussions with regional offices to maintain consistent implementation
- Partner with benefits administrators and external brokers to troubleshoot and resolve daily benefits inquiries
- Prepare and deliver accurate data for benefits renewals and audits
- Maintain and update tracking tools to ensure benefits records remain current and well organized
- Update benefits guides, documentation, and reference materials to reflect program changes
Qualifications
- Experience supporting global benefits programs
- Coupa system experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple benefit processes simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
